ARTA al Festival del Sarà
In Bergamo, the elenth edition of Festival of the Will – Dialogues on the Future, one of the most authoritative events on the national cultural and political scene, dedicated this year to the theme “The Age of Supremacy”. Arta Costruzioni is a partner of this edition, confirming its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote reflection on issues fundamental to the future of our society.
The eleventh edition of the Festival del Sarà, conceived by Antonello Barone and promoted by the Molise Chamber of Commerce, opened in Bergamo at the CIID with an exceptional program.
Leading figures in public debate, such as Paolo Gentiloni, Piero Benassi, Giorgio Gori, Renato Mazzoncini, Guido Saracco, Fabio Pressi, and Simona Maschi, took to the Festival stage to engage in intense dialogue on the themes of democracy, energy autonomy, European military security, and industrial innovation.
In his speech, Paolo Gentiloni, former Prime Minister and former European Commissioner, emphasized the urgent need for greater European cohesion, recalling that “security is not a luxury, but a common good.”
This message dovetailed with the words of MEP Giorgio Gori, who reiterated the need for Europe to strengthen its energy autonomy, and the appeal of Piero Benassi, Italy’s Permanent Representative to the EU, for “sharing” as the key to addressing global geopolitical challenges.
Energy, innovation, and a new technological humanism
The topic of energy was the focus of the speech by Renato Mazzoncini, CEO of A2A, who highlighted the need for decisive investment in renewable sources.
On the innovation front, Simona Maschi, director of the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design, emphasized the value of creativity as a driver of a “new technological humanism,” while Guido Saracco, director of the Biennale Tecnologia at the Polytechnic University of Turin, emphasized the importance of a systemic vision to address complex challenges such as security, artificial intelligence, and the declining birth rate.
In a world where energy and knowledge are the true strategic resources, the Festival del Sarà continues to be a point of reference for those who believe that the future is built with vision, awareness and cooperation, values that ARTA shares and promotes every day.
